Fit4Me is an affordable, interactive fitness app that leverages artificial intelligence to create personalized workout plans to improve health and wellness.
Unlike generic workout apps or social media fitness videos, Fit4Me provides deeply personalized and customized exercises. All fitness programs are individually designed based on your body data—through our Body Composition Analysis, Fitness Test, and data from Apple Health or Google Fit. Our AI continuously adjusts your plan based on your progress, workout location (home or gym), available equipment, duration, intensity, target muscles, and any health restrictions.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, follow the steps based on where you purchased it.
If purchased via the Fit4Me app:
1. Open the Fit4Me app.
2. Tap the graph icon at the bottom to access the Analytics tab.
3. Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to enter Settings.
4. Scroll down and tap Manage Subscription.
5. Tap Unsubscribe.
6. Provide feedback on why you're canceling, then tap Unsubscribe anyway.
7. Check your email for a cancellation confirmation link (check Spam or Junk folders if you don't see it).
8. Click the link in the email to finalize your cancellation.
If you have trouble canceling, email support@fit4me.io with the subject: Cancel my Web subscription, and include the email address you used to subscribe or your User ID from the app.
If purchased on the App Store (iOS):
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone (not in Fit4Me).
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Find Fit4Me and select it.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll down to find this option).
6. If you do not see a Cancel button or see an expiration date in red text, your subscription has already been canceled.
If purchased on the Google Play Store (Android):
1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap the Profile icon in the top right.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Select Fit4Me.
6. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

I battle fatigue, depression, zero motivation. I'm also a busy working mom with zero time for myself. This helped me get up and DO something. I always tell myself I'll start working out and never do. This was a 15 minute workout that started easy and then pushed me to finish. This was Day 1 and I feel great after my first workout.
I am on day 14 and I feel great! I am over 200lbs and turned 50 this year. The workouts are quick and after doing 7 days in a row, I was significantly more flexible. I love the additional stretches available and I am hoping that there are more workouts after day 28! I don't know how I can across this app, but I am so glad! One the way to better strength and fitness.
